If you have never decorated a cake before, or you are struggeling and was wondering how to get that perfect smooth finish then this is the course for you!

I will be showing you all you need to know about splitting  and filling your cake with freshly made buttercream and how to make sure the top is level…then how to crumb coat it before covering with sugarpaste, as well as how to cover your board.  You will then be shown how to make this gorgeous free standing bow and finish off with the polka dots.

As this is a very versatile cake, I will be discussing how to colour your sugarpaste with different colours to make it suitable for different occasions.

ALL  cakes, icing, boards, take home boxes and equipement are provided on the day.  There are NO hidden costs.  All you need to bring is an apron and something for your lunch.  Tea and coffee is provided during the day.
